Each overnight shift is tailored to your family's needs, routines, and preferences. I provide attentive newborn care throughout the night, allowing parents the opportunity for uninterrupted rest and recovery.
Depending on your baby's needs, support may include feeding assistance, diapering, soothing, settling, newborn care, and preparing a detailed update for the morning so you feel connected and informed.
-
Absolutely. Breastfeeding parents are encouraged to rest while I support the parts of overnight care that allow you to get more restorative sleep. This may include bringing baby to you for feeds, helping with diapering and settling afterward, supporting pumping routines, and assisting with bottle preparation if needed.
My role is to support your feeding goals and provide encouragement while respecting your unique breastfeeding journey.
If questions related to breastfeeding arrive outside of my scope, I will always refer to your professional lactation specialist.
-

Many families choose to reserve postpartum support during pregnancy to ensure availability around their due date. However, I understand that every family's needs unfold differently and welcome inquiries after your baby has arrived based on availability.
The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we have in creating a support plan that fits your family.

Every family is different. Some families choose support during the first few weeks after birth, while others continue care for several months as they adjust to their new routines.
Many families benefit from consistent overnight support multiple nights per week, allowing parents to establish a rhythm and receive ongoing guidance during the fourth trimester.
